On Wednesday nights during the school year folks of all ages come to the Christian Growth Center for a wonderful meal. Master chef, Bill Rhinehart, and his kitchen team serve the meal at 5:30 p.m. Dinner includes a meal, salad, dessert and drink. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children, and $14 max for families. Everyone is encouraged to wear a nametag. Reservations are necessary and should be made by noon each Wednesday. Takeout is available and anyone is welcome.
As people finish eating, the MC shares announcements, celebrates birthday and anniversaries, and recognizes visitors. Participants then join in singing a song or two led by talented singers.
After the meal, people may leave or stay for the activities available for all ages.
Nursery care is available in our nursery in the young children area from 5:30-7:30 for children ages birth to 3.
Young Children Clean and Green Club meets from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the young children area. Come explore ways to care for God's earth.
Elementary Girls Life of Faith meets with Beverly Brown from 6:30-7:15 p.m. in the gathering area of the young children's division.
KIDMO Boys' Club meets from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on the third floor for active,
interactive video-based excitement. "Knights of the Rectangle, a look at David," is our current Bible study.
Circle of Parents, a support group for single parents, meets from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. on the third floor with Carrie Friddle facilitating.
