If you would like to use your gift of knitting or crocheting you are invited to knit or crochet shawls to be given to those who are facing difficulties from illness, surgery, grief, and more; as well as those celebrating new births. Team members meet once a month for fellowship and knitting. The team welcomes and teaches those who want to learn how to knit. Yarn is provided but members must bring their own needles. Available at Blue Ridge Books or at Amazon.com. Contact Bill Everett, 828-734-4803, for more information.

The Green Team was formed to remind us to be good stewards of the Earth through education and action. Using the greening of our church building as an example, members of this congregation are encouraged to live in such a way as to demonstrate the care of God’s creation in our homes, in our communities, and in our world. Contact Beth or Andrew Causey, 704-287-1357, for more information.
We'll send you frequent updates about church news and events.
